The Resort personifies "Destination Resort" – pure and simple. The Journey begins in Durango; then, briefly via maintained hard-surfaced County Road, bordering the Resort for more than a quarter mile, contiguous to rustic Log Fencing, and, dramatic Entry Marquis.

Another boundary adjoins Public Land – Bureau of Reclamation – providing the opportunity for a short walk to an Alpine Lake, together with permitted access to a Pond, by the River.

The sixteen-acre parcel is primarily level, the acreage boasting forested meadows and woodlands – primarily, mature Ponderosa Pines, and an occasional Blue Spruce – enhancing the natural allure of the Resort – home to a wealth of Flora and Fauna: Deer and wintering Elk; further, an estuary to Eagles; Stellar Jays; Grosbeaks; and, ever-present Hummingbirds.

Additionally, the Resort offers ten Cabins – ranging in size, and sleeping capacity – from efficiency to three-bedroom – all, newly furnished, and, inviting lingering stays.
