PIKES PEAK REGION
"Rich" in history, and, enjoying
strong, consistent growth, the RESORT is
riding the crest of a wave – Tourism. The beautifully wooded
parcel is primarily level, offering great location – at the
epicenter of Regional Tourist Activity, and fronting along a
well-traveled, popular State Highway.
The RESORT offers a
total of fifty-three Sites: Nine Luxury Housekeeping Suites
– all boasting vaulted, spruce ceilings with clearstory
window treatments, Living Area, Bedroom, Kitchenette, and
tiled Bath; The RV Park provides a total of forty-four full
hookup Sites. Suites and Sites provide quite the special
setting, nestled within the Ponderosa Pines.
Central to the RESORT,
the town and environs: "Pikes Peak is the best known of
the fourteen thousand foot peaks in the Colorado Rockies.
Standing alone and easily seen from the eastern plains, Pikes
Peak served as the beacon that drew thousands to the region
seeking the easy wealth of gold that was said to be lying
about for the taking. . ."

lyrics of the beloved song, 'America the Beautiful.' It was

wrote the entire song on my return that evening to Colorado

The RESORT – also
serves as a beacon, greeting Tourists and Guests – and
serves as Base Camp to the nearby National Monument, Garden of
the Gods, the Air Force Academy, the Olympic Training Center,
and, much, much more.
