This ten-acre retreat is virtually level – yet terraced, adding interest. The Owner's Residence offers proximity to Registrations and the Store, while providing privacy from the Park and environs. The home hosts three bedrooms, two baths, large living room, together with a bright and airy kitchen opening onto breakfast and family rooms. Two hundred total sites grace the Park: Forty-six provide Water, Sewer and Electric [13 provide Cable]; twenty-seven offer Water and Electric; nine, Water only; Twenty-five, Tent; the remaining sites are Non-Hookup; seven Cabins [one-room plan]; Additionally, Non-Numbered, Non-Hookup and Overflow accounts for the remaining sites, while providing the opportunity to upgrade existing utilization and Site Management – via the further development of Camping Cabins and/or Camping Cottages. |
