BLACK CANYON NATIONAL PARK

This long established Park – is charming and unassuming, boasting ideal location and offering "unrealized potential" – a rare and unusual commodity.  The Park is located by a prominent U.S. Highway, and accessed along hard surfaced City Street – virtually a private driveway from the Highway

This eight-acre parcel is quite lovely, revealing different images within the Park.  The acreage offers mature vegetation throughout – primarily native Elm, Cottonwood, and, Russian Olive – Creekside – a welcoming backdrop, offering shade, privacy and a classic "in-town" ambiance – rarely obtainable, and seldom found.

The Development Land accounts for future sites, providing the mechanism to upgrade existing utilization – via the further development of oversized, "Big-Rig" friendly Full-Hookup Sites.

Cabins – Developed as a Creekside Camping Village, would offer a new dimension to the Park:  Simply relocating the Playground would offer the perfect location, enjoying privacy, and private access, away from present - and future - RV sites.
