This "Big-Rig" Park is accessed by a Picturesque and Private Lane, via U.S. Highway and Scenic Byway. The 14.6 acre parcel is primarily level, the acreage boasting Lush Meadows, a Fishing Pond, and Wooded Areas – mature vegetation, complementing the Natural Allure of the Park – home to a wealth of Wildlife – including herds of Deer and wintering Elk.

Virtually all 105 full-hookup Sites define the nature of the Park’s Operation – hosting "Big-Rigs" – creating a demographic profile that has been extremely receptive to the concept of "Concierge" Services, i.e., Rafting, Horseback Riding, Jeep Tours, Tee Times for Golf, to mention but a few.
